MOSCOW, Sep 12 (PRIME) -- The Russian government will allocate 100 billion rubles to improve economic resilience, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting with his deputies on Monday.

“The government continues to make decisions aimed at support of the enterprises and the people amid external restrictions. … We have discussed … which areas require additional attention. We will allocate 100 billion rubles for these purposes,” he said.

Of the total sum, 15 billion rubles will be used to expand production of the MC-21 medium-range aircraft and 25 billion rubles to support air traffic control systems.

Russia will allocate 5.5 billion rubles to support the Kaliningrad Region on the back of restrictions on the transit of goods from other Russian regions.

The government will also allocate 15 billion rubles to the program of preferential leasing of ships, he said.
